Abalos, Tamayo stand as godfathers of Gov Pacquiao’s son

Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos, Jr. and South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo Tamayo, Jr. stood as godfathers of Sarangani Governor Ruel Pacquiao’s son Rogelio Jr. on Sunday.

The governor posted photos of his son’s christening on Facebook.

“We overflow with thanksgiving for the love and support of our dear family and friends as we celebrated the Christening of our precious son, Rogelio Jr. With my incredible wife Jobelle by my side, we are humbled by your presence and love,” Pacquiao said.

“Huge appreciation to the Godparents who have accepted the noble responsibility of guiding Rogelio Jr. with love and wisdom. All glory to God for His abundant blessings upon our family,” he added.

The governor’s brother General Santos City’s ABC President Bobby Pacquiao and wife, Mayor Lorelie was also present at the baptism.
