Gov. Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza Kicks Off RA 11032 Drive in Kidapawan City

Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza ignites a revolution in government efficiency with the launch of a two-day orientation on the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018” (RA 11032). The event, held at the IPHO Conference Hall in Capitol Compound, Amas, Kidapawan City, kicked off on July 4, 2024, aiming to turbocharge government transactions and deliver lightning-fast public service.

Top brass from various provincial offices flocked to the event, hosted by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) – Eastern Mindanao Regional Field Office. Spearheaded by ARTA’s Eldie C. Barrientos, Atty. Lord Anthony A. Pusod, Marie Jay Kamille S. Dayhon, and Louise Mae A. Batobato, this power-packed orientation aligns with Gov. Taliño-Mendoza’s mission of “Serbisyong Totoo” – real, no-nonsense service for Cotabateños. This initiative spotlights the game-changing RA 11032, a beefed-up version of the 2007 “Anti-Red Tape Act,” set to streamline processes across all executive government agencies, local governments, and GOCCs both locally and abroad. The session wraps up on July 5, 2024, with a promise to bring a new era of transparency and speed to public service.
