Gov Gonzaga helps in repacking relief goods for flood-affected residents in Davao de Oro

Davao de Oro Governor Dorothy Montejo-Gonzaga has personally helped in repacking relief goods for the residents affected by massive flooding due to the effect of trough of low pressure area in the province.

She joined Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office Head Josephine Frasco and other personnel of the provincial government along with the military in preparing the rice goods Saturday, February 3.

“Padayun ang mga lakang karun sa atong panggamhanan pinaagi sa mando ni Governor Gonzaga nga mahatud ang mga angay nga serbisyo nga gikinahanglan ilabina karun nga nakasinati kita sa kalisdanan tungod sa dili maayung panahon,” the provincial government said.

In the latest PDRRMO report, as of 12 noon, February 3, 27,852 families or 104,777 individuals were affected by the weather disturbance from 139 barangays in Davao de Oro.
