Gov. Lala Mendoza Pioneers Child-Centric Governance in Cotabato

The Politiko made a Step Towards Child-Centric Governance.

Governor Emmylou “Lala” J. Taliño-Mendoza spearheaded a crucial meeting with the Child-friendly Local Governance Audit- Provincial Inter-agency Monitoring Task Force. This collaborative effort with City/Municipal Councils for the Protection of Children (C/MCPC) aimed to reinforce the commitment to Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) standards.

The CFLGA serves as a beacon for evaluating local government initiatives dedicated to addressing the primary needs of the younger generation. Governor Taliño-Mendoza, known for her unwavering dedication to youth development, ensures that her administration crafts programs fostering the holistic growth of young Cotabateños.

Held at the 3rd Floor, Annex Building, Amas, Kidapawan City, the meeting was orchestrated by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), under the adept leadership of PSWDO Head Arleen Timson. The gathering was also graced by the presence of Department of the Interior and Local Government LCPC Focal Person Wyndle Joy Padojinog and other esteemed guests.
