Mayor Evangelista gives award, cash incentives to retiring daycare workers in Kidapawan City

The Kidapawan City government, led by Mayor Jose Paolo M. Evangelista, has honored the six daycare workers who retired.

The mayor, together with Barangay Federation President Ricardo P. Reforial, handed over certificates of commendation and cash incentives to the former Child Development Workers (CDW) during the flag-raising ceremony on Monday, June 24.

“Pagkilala sa matagal na panahong hindi matatawarang pagserbisyo sa matagumpay na pagpapatupad ng Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program para sa pagpapa-unlad ng mga batang nasa day care centers ang parangal na ibinigay ng Lokal na Pamahalaan,” the city government said.

The retirees were Everlita Cordero (34 years of service), Hermilita Calatrava (28 years), Paz Daplinan (27 years), Evelyn Sore (25 years), Marciana Anoba (24 years ), and Violeta Andagkit (24 years).

The city government gave P24,000 for 60-year-old and above retirees while P10,000 for the early retirees.
