Mayor Huervas hails opening of BIR satellite office in Valencia City

The Valencia City government led by Mayor Azucena Huervas has welcomed the opening of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Satellite Office in the city.

The new BIR office, which is located at the 2nd floor New Terminal, was opened on January 22.

The establishment of a satellite office was a collaboration between the city government and the BIR District Office No. 99 Malaybalay City.

Its opening would help taxpayers in the city to easily process registration, update, and file taxes using the Online Registration and Update System, the local government said.

Present in the event were Executive Assistant Roque Rios Jr., representing Huervas, Vice Mayor Ted Pepito, and other local government and BIR officials.
