Mayor Jojo Roa leads Outreach Program in Clarin

Successful Serbisyo Caravan Outreach Program took place at the Barangay Guba Covered Court in Clarin, Misamis Occidental. Spearheaded by the LGU Clarin, this initiative is a testament to the “Action Man” Agenda championed by Mayor Jojo D. Roa, VM Ging Oaminal-Delos Santos, and the ROAMINAL Administration. It also aligns with the 5M’s trust of the Provincial Government, led by Governor Henry S. Oaminal, and 2nd district representative Cong. Ando Oaminal, aiming to provide door-to-door services to geographically isolated, disadvantaged, and ELAC barangays.

The outreach program extended its services to several barangays, including Penacio, Bernad, Dalingap, Bitoon, Sebasi, Guba, Malibangcao, Cabunga-an, and Segatic Daku. A multitude of service providers from national and local agencies participated in the event, offering a range of vital services to the community.

From free haircuts provided by the 10th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, to legal assistance offered by the PAO Ozamiz, and bloodletting services provided by MHARSMC, the outreach program covered various essential needs. Additionally, medical and dental services, COMELEC registration, community tax, and animal registration services were among the many offerings available to attendees.

Civil society organizations also played a significant role, with KAAKIBAT CIVICOM organizing a feeding program, the Clarin Eagles Club distributing multivitamins, soap, and alcohol, and Novawood contributing juice drinks and school bags.

The Successful Serbisyo Caravan Outreach Program stands as a shining example of collaborative efforts to address the needs of marginalized communities, reflecting a commitment to inclusive and comprehensive development.
