Tampakan LGU starts water rationing

The municipal government of Tampakan in South Cotabato has started rationing potable water to residents affected by dry spell.

In Barangay Lampitak, over 6,000 liters of water were distributed to the affected communities. Sitio leader Ernie Sioco said the water supply would last up to three days.

On Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned that the Soccsksargen region will continue to endure high temperatures at average 37 degrees Celsius this week.
