VG Elmer De Peralta’s DokVice Project offers free wedding portraits to newlywed couples

Vice Governor Elmer T. De Peralta’s DokVice Project recently extended its support to newlywed couples in Sitio Kibac, Barangay Pag-Asa, Alabel, by providing free wedding portrait services.

On March 19, 2024, the Office of Vice Governor De Peralta collaborated with the Serbisyong Smile sa Barangay (SSB) initiatives of the Municipal Local Government of Alabel, alongside various government agencies.

This partnership, especially with the Alabel Local Civil Registrar’s Office, led by Engr. Cesar P. Gingoyon, Jr., showcased the DokVice Project’s dedication to community service.

The initiative was part of the Kasalan ng Bayan program held in Sitio Kibac, where Mayor Vic Paul M. Salarda solemnized the union of 75 couples. Each couple was also presented with gifts from the MLGU Alabel.

To capture the joyous occasion, framed wedding portraits will be provided to the couples.

Due to logistical constraints, the portraits will be printed and framed at the Provincial Vice Governor’s Office and made available for pick-up at the Alabel Local Civil Registrar’s Office.

This thoughtful gesture aims to commemorate the special day for the newlyweds, reflecting the DokVice Project’s commitment to community welfare and celebration of love.
