Maguindanao del Norte Governor Datu Tucao O. Mastura has joined residents of Barira town in celebrating its 49th Founding Anniversary.
The Araw ng Barira was held on Saturday, August 29.
In his message, Mastura cited his Development, Transformation, and Opportunities for Maguindanao del Norte (DTOM) Agenda, which aims to ensure provincial government services remain accessible.
Meanwhile, Barira Mayor Abdul Rauf D. Tomawis said the month-long series of events focuses on local culture, strengthening faith, advancing education, and providing essential community outreach.
